Amendment I
Amend Article V, Section 1, by adding to CHAPTER COMMITTEES the Exemplary Citizen Committee and award. The Exemplary Citizen Award is given to an individual that has set a Commendable Example of Humanity and Humility that Deserves Imitation. (Passed April 14, 2013.)
Amendment II
Section 1. Amend Article V, Section 1, to remove the Eagle Scout Committee and Awards from DOARP Committees and Awards. (Passed June 16, 2013.)
Section 2. Replace Boy Scout Committee and awards with Trail Life USA Committee and awards. (Passed October 6, 2013.)
Section 3: Replace BSA Eagle Scout Award with Trail Life USA Freedom Award for high school age boys. (Passed June 8, 2014.)
Section 4. Award Founding Fathers Badge relating to America’s Founding Fathers and her early history. The DOARP will determine the requirements to earn the badge. The design of the Founding Fathers Badge (patch to place on sash) will feature the DOARP Minute Man logo in the center with Founding Fathers around it and other DOARP logo elements as can be included. (Passed June 8, 2014.)
Amendment III
Amend Article V, Section 1, Color Guard Committee, by changing the name of DeLeusomme Color Guard to Sons Of Liberty Color Guard. (Passed October 25, 2014.)
Amendment IV
Repeal Amendment II, Section 2, Section 3, Section 4: remove Trail Life USA from DOARP Committees; eliminate DOARP awards to Trail Life USA; eliminate DOARP Founding Fathers badge for Trail Life USA. (Passed January 9, 2016.)
